Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

León Coaching Group LLC provides leadership mastermind programs, coaching, training, live events, digital products, and related services ("Services"). All Services are educational and informational in nature.

2. No Professional Advice

Our Services do not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. Our Services are not a substitute for licensed professional care. If you require medical, mental health, legal, or financial assistance, seek a qualified licensed professional. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services immediately or call or text 988 in the United States.

3. No Guarantee of Results

You acknowledge and agree that we make no guarantees regarding results or outcomes. Results vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and external factors. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

4. Personal Responsibility

You accept full responsibility for your use of our Services. You agree that León Coaching Group LLC is not liable for your decisions, actions, or results.

5. Payments, Billing, and Refund Policy

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Membership fees, event registrations, coaching sessions, programs, and digital products are non-refundable. If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments and remain responsible for the full amount. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or collections. We reserve the right to use collection agencies or legal remedies to recover unpaid balances.

Single sessions. A Circle of Success Virtual seat is $9 for one session. It is a one-time charge. Nothing recurs, there is nothing to cancel, and no card is kept on file for the following month.

Automatic renewal. The Virtual Annual Pass, our Circle of Success Virtual annual membership, is $99 per year and renews automatically on the anniversary of your signup date, each year, until you cancel. By subscribing you give express consent to that recurring charge.

• You will be charged $99 today, and $99 on the same date every year after, using the payment method you provide.
• Cancel any time from the manage-subscription link in your receipt email, which is handled by our payment processor MoonClerk. Cancel before your renewal date and you will not be charged again. If you cannot find the link, use the contact form and we will cancel it for you.
• Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not refund a charge already made, and your membership stays active through the end of the year you paid for.
• If we change the price, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue. If you initiate a chargeback, you remain responsible for the full amount owed, we reserve the right to suspend access to Services, and you agree to reimburse us for any fees or costs incurred. Chargebacks may result in permanent termination of access.

7. Mastermind and Session Participation

You understand that Circle of Success is a collaborative, facilitated experience. You remain fully responsible for your physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being. You may discontinue participation at any time, but refunds will not be provided unless explicitly stated.

8. Session Confidentiality and No Recording Policy

Circle of Success Virtual sessions are live only and are not recorded by León Coaching Group LLC. Participants agree not to record, share, or reproduce any portion of the sessions in any format. This policy exists to protect the trust, candor, and quality of conversation within the Circle. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

9. Testimonial and Feedback Release

If you voluntarily provide testimonials, feedback, comments, or reviews, you grant León Coaching Group LLC permission to use them for marketing or promotional purposes. This may include your name, likeness, and statements unless otherwise requested in writing.

10. Intellectual Property

All content provided by León Coaching Group LLC is protected by copyright and intellectual property law, including coaching frameworks, training materials, videos, written content, graphics, and digital products. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share our content without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, León Coaching Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless León Coaching Group LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your actions or decisions.

13. Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising from these Terms or Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas. You agree to waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits. Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own legal costs.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Services at our discretion for violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, or non-payment. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal proceedings shall occur in Texas.

16. Communications: Email and Text Messages

Email. When you register for a session or purchase anything from León Coaching Group LLC, you agree to receive email from us relating to that purchase. This includes your receipt, the Zoom link, session reminders, schedule changes, and follow-up connected to the session you registered for. These are transactional messages and are necessary for us to deliver what you paid for.

You may also receive occasional emails about upcoming sessions, events, and resources. You can unsubscribe from those at any time using the link at the bottom of any such email, or by replying and asking. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop transactional email about a session you have already registered for.

Text messages. If you provide a mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from León Coaching Group LLC at that number. These may include your Zoom link, reminders before a session, accountability prompts between sessions, and occasional information about upcoming sessions.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can register for and attend any session without agreeing to receive text messages.
• Message frequency varies. Expect roughly two to four messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard charges apply and we are not responsible for them.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You confirm that the mobile number you provide is your own, or that you are authorized to consent to messages sent to it, and you agree to notify us if that number is reassigned to someone else.

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your mobile number or consent to text messaging with third parties for their own marketing.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance.
